Message I have read about how each of these may be causing the problem. I think I can eliminate injectors or internal leaks, because the system is obviously depressurizing. The more immediate problem is that the fuel pump isn't turning on in the on position of the ignition. It only turns on once the car is being started. So the list of possible culprits is;

1.fuel controller
2.Fuel pressure regulator
3. Fuel pump
4.? Anything else?
